This newly renovated location does not inspire a welcoming atmosphere. It's cold, lifeless and uncomfortable. Even though it's new and shiny, it's leaning towards the days when they tried to promote the McCafe idea. Maybe it's too early to tell but I'm not a fan. The food and service is still decent with staff that know their clients on a personal level. The play place is gone and no longer the kids friendly environment that made it fun to come to. This locations was filled of childhood and family memories for my kids and any semblance of a fun family environment is gone. By chance I saw a w

I visited here with my wife and kids. Absolutely disgusting. They closed off the back section when we came around 8 pm. This is a McDonald’s in a major mall with lots of guests and we had to stand and eat and I can see open tables. The staff insisted that they can’t open that side. Hello McDonald’s corporate. Are you guys aware the staff are doing this??? Offcourse we will never return to this location.

processing time are too long. Once the fries ready all other sandwich was cold. I saw a staff replace the ketchup at the counter that she drop the nose adapter on the fall then pickup And install it back without any cleaning. OMG.

This McDonald's has people working who really have desensitized souls. They really don't care about the quality of food and the customer experience. I'm not sure why they are this downhill. It could possibly be the area that this McDonald's is in, which could have alot of entitled and rude customers. Or, the management is just oblivious. Either way, take your money to another McDonald's or another restaurant entirely.
