This has to be among the best food court options there is right now. Decent chicken breast grilled and topped with a sauce of choice. Tried the rouge bowl on a few occasions. The shisha garlic and volcano are fine. Volcano is not as spicy as it sounds. Food prep is pretty fast and despite being a fast food chain, they manage the keep the chicken breast juicy and very flavorful (we all know how easy it is for the breast to dry even with the best of intentions). A well-rounded mix of protein, veggies and carbs. Next time you're at a mall, do yourself a flavor and give this place a shot. Cheers.

Poulet Rouge is awesome and hands-down the fastest I've ever been handed food after ordering. Today was 2 minutes and I was walking away. Incredibly efficient. Fresh BBQ chicken with all the fresh vegetables you could want. It's not just a one off, I tried them in another mall and it slapped just the same. Also bomb guacamole you must add it on. Feta is fire too. Don't be skeptical because it's in a mall, I think we will see them opening standalone stores soon. It's 20$ for the big bowl but it fills me up and I'm a big guy.

I can’t believe I only just found out that Poulet Rouge lets you choose poutine as the base. I went with shisha garlic chicken, added sweet za’atar sauce, and chose cheese, pickles, and pineapple as toppings. The Guacamole is a must. Since I was fully committed to the sweet-and-sour theme, I finished with a raspberry dessert. It was really good—and that’s because the flavors were layered. The fries soaked up the sauce, and with all the combinations of meat and veggies, crunchy and soft textures, creamy elements, and fruit, it was super satisfying.
