Danny Chow★★★★This Shanghainese food stall in a food court is one I’ve passed by many times during previous visits. I had always wanted to try it, but somehow kept getting distracted by other stalls. This time, I finally gave it a chance—and it turned out to be a good decision. The food court itself is a familiar spot that I visit from time to time, and this stall blends in as a simple, no-frills option among many choices. We ordered xiao long bao (小籠包) along with a tofu skin and vermicelli clear soup (腐皮粉絲湯). The xiao long bao were served in a traditional bamboo steamer, which already gave a good first i
Hank Wang (hankfittraining)★★★★★Never had such a big soup dumpling before with so much soup! Went for the XiaLongBao around 10$ for 5 huge dumplings. The flavor was good but half the soup was lost as you bite as it was so much haha. I personally like the small delicate soup dumplings at din tai fung /dinesty etc but I would love to try some of the other foods. Just tried the pan fried dumplings and really enjoyed it. Soupy as well.
Chris Winters★Bought an order of DanDan noodles and got home opened it up to see disgustingly soggy over cooked noodles in just straight up peanut butter lol. Zero flavour outside of no name peanut butter. Hands down the worst food I’ve ever eaten at crystal mall.
Brian Chan★★★★★I've tried almost all the XLBs Vancouver, Burnaby, Tri Cities area. Don't go to rmd enough to consistently rate those. This is the best of the bunch. Always consistent with flavour, thin skin, good amount of meat and soup filing.
