I recently visited Tim Hortons, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was clean, the service was quick, and everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. The coffee had that classic Tim Hortons taste I always enjoy, and the food was served hot and exactly as expected. I’d like to give a special mention to Simran Preet, who made the visit even better. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Visited on March 22, 2026 — Extremely disappointed with the experience at this location. I ordered a Medium Iced Coffee and a Medium Mocha Iced Capp. For the Mocha Iced Capp, I politely requested the whipped cream to be blended in — a simple customization — and was rudely refused by the staff member (Lakshmi). Not only was the request denied with an attitude, but the drink was handed over with the whipped cream just sitting on top anyway, so I'm not even sure what the issue was. On top of that, the Iced Coffee had barely any coffee in it. For $2.79, I expected at least a proper pour —

The indian server had an issue with customer service. She acts as though we came to eat for free. It’s better to eat somewhere else if this is the service they provide although I enjoy the food here. Kindly look into your staff, I believe customers leave because of such staff.
