Kindness goes a long way, and not everyone using your drive thru is lazy. After finally getting my kid to sleep in the car after days of teething pain I decided I would stop to grab some dinner for myself . I’m not familiar with the system and on the sauce section it doesn’t let you know it was added. Instead of being met with a kind explanation and or a simple come up to the window to do choose your sauce, I was met with a miserable attitude which actually happens to be recorded on my dash cams microphone. I couldnt believe that i was able to feed myself and two others with only a $25 gift card. With the $4 sandwiches which are more filling then you would think. Three bags of chips and a bottle of pepsi still had a $1 leftover. Very pleased with taste service quality and quantity also freshness. THE BACON WAS EXCEPTIONAL. NO STRINGY BITS. The employess all worked together which made a steady flow of customers get trough with ease.

I went in at 8:00pm today Feb 11th and ordered 2 6” subs. On my cold cut all I wanted was lettuce, pickles, mustard, mayo. When we get to the sauce part I said just some mayo and some mustard. He grabs some smokey something mustard and starts squirting it on my sub. I said no, no stop not that. And he says “oh yellow mustard?” And i said yes. He never wiped the wrong stuff off, never said sorry, never offered to remake it, didn’t offer any discount, literally nothing. Dude was rude, looked and acted miserable. Why hire people like this? Great location and food but today the service was so slow as I had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through.
