Aaaah maaaaan. Très très 👌 Had a cortado with the house blend. Pheeeeew!! Elegant shots that does not drown nor boil out the beans means full taste. So good because these beans mean business! So rich and complex for a standard house blend. Well well done, Edmundsters. My taste buds were very pleased. It was sweet but also almost savory? No idea how that works.
