Very Disappointing and Inhumane Experience I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location. I purchased a small chai tea and was sitting in my car drinking it. Around 8:45 PM, I urgently needed to use the washroom, so I went inside the store. A male employee told me that the washroom was closed and ordered me to go to a neighboring shop instead. There was no empathy, no explanation, and no basic human consideration—just a cold and dismissive response. As a paying customer, being denied access to a washroom and told to go elsewhere late in the evening felt extremely inhumane

The worst Tim Hortons there is in the city. Poorly managed with huge lines even during quiet times. As well, dine in closes way too early at 9 pm which is ridiculous (despite online saying it's open later). Location is dirty and rarely makes good drinks/food. Only positive is that there's a lot of donut varieties to choose from

I recently purchased muffins for my kids from Tim's, but unfortunately, they fell ill with food poisoning after consuming them. This experience has led me to question the hygiene and food safety standards at this particular location. I would advise others to avoid eating here to protect their health and avoid wasting their money on subpar food, especially considering the long wait times in the emergency room that may follow.
