My experience today at Wendy's: The service was good and fast, but the staff's reception was a bit cold, just like the atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was very cold, unlike other restaurants. Please consider your heating system; I was wearing heavy clothes, yet I still felt cold. The food—the burger—was also a bit cold 😅, but the fries were hot and delicious.

Very disappointed in this Wendy’s. I really like Wendy’s food but I can’t ignore the fact that the people work & run this place, don’t even care. All the fond childhood memories of good service and actually being able to understand the employees. Every time I have come to this location, the floor is sticky, there are flies and fleas, it doesn’t even look like they clean the condiments area or the tables. A very unwelcome sight and it’s something that is becoming disturbingly common.

This is a very fast restaurant. I am a Wendy's fan and always have been. The food tastes the most fresh. The flavors are great because of the fresh meat and vegetables. The fries are crispy and the food is always plentiful. I would highly recommend this place for sure. The scenery is always fun as it is a downtown location. Don't expect gourmet food, but you know what you are getting going in

Unfortunately the food was cold and the order was wrong. I was challenged on what I ordered stating I ordered what I ordered and then it was eventually given to me w haste. I'm not one to write shitty reviews because I feel we are all entitled to bad days and it could have been luck of the draw for me but at the end the food was not to par either. Sorry Wendy's good luck and sorry for bombarding u w a larger group... Maybe this is why I got what I got given
