Shoutout to this crew at Tim Hortons 🙌 Every Sunday morning I come in, the team is always on point. Even when it gets busy, they stay fast, friendly, and organized. Orders are accurate, coffee is fresh, and the service is consistent from start to finish. My usual order is a large double-double and a bacon breakfast sandwich, and it’s always made exactly right. I even get to have a quick laugh with the person at the window, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell the staff work well together and actually care about the customer experience, which really shows. Easily one

Today I witnessed an employee yelling at another employee during my visit. The interaction appeared unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and customers nearby. Regardless of the situation, employees should be treated respectfully in the workplace. I hope management addresses this appropriately and works toward maintaining a more professional and respectful environment.

I used to stop by this Tim Hortons every day on my way to work and spent about $8–10 each visit. Unfortunately, the woman at the drive-thru window was consistently rude. Just because I don’t feel like making small talk at 6:30 a.m. doesn’t mean it’s okay to treat customers poorly. One day, I heard another employee ask, “Is it her?” and she replied, “Yes.” It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable knowing employees were talking about customers like that. John served me PERFECTLY, I hadn’t waited long for my items, their service & attitude were just absolutely amazing, and this is by far the fastest and most outstanding Tim Hortons I have been to. The counters were clean when I came in, garbages were pretty much empty and the tables were clean. Not to mention the staff serving were respectful, very friendly, and quick paced! Definitely coming back! 10/10!
