Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an order through their website in advance for a quick pick-up, but I still ended up waiting for a long time when I arrived. To make matters worse, the staff member, Roveena, was not friendly and unhelpful throughout the process. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. When I finally got my order and left, I realized it was completely wrong—they gave me a hamburger instead of the Crispy Chicken Sandwich I actually ordered! Ordered a Whopper Jr meal. I was even offered a paper crown while waiting. My meal was ready in three minutes. They've stepped up their service level.

This burger King has a quality control issue and is horrible to order from, I try to go to a different location by choice and will skip burger King as an option if convenience and timing only allows me to go here. I will drive further to a different location where I have never had any issues but unfortunately for delivery this is my default location. Food is often put together with no care, vegetables are brown and not even cut well, burger patties are dry weather it's chicken, beef or beyond meat. In this order my jr chicken didn't even have mayo, wasn't missed on one but on both, the lettuce

Drive throw order service is bad , they don't understand any accent their very slow service I'll really appreciate if they can be more careful listening . Also more professional service would be awsome .
