I visited this evening by car and ordered 2 Double Double steeped teas and 1 quencher. Unfortunately, the steeped tea was completely cold. However, my overall experience was still positive because the staff member named Jasmeet was very polite and had an excellent way of talking with customers. She served the drinks in a very friendly and professional manner.

I have visit this location 15+ times, and I didn’t want to give a bad review, cause I thought their employees will change the behaviour; but believe me every time I visit them, their behaviour gets worse. Very rude attitude and poor customer service. They don’t even act like they need customers.

I had a pretty frustrating experience at Tim Hortons drive-through. There was only one vehicle there—mine—so I expected it to be quick. But after placing my order, I was told to wait “a second,” and that turned into almost 10 minutes just sitting at the window for a simple coffee. To make things worse, the coffee itself was really disappointing—it tasted like warm water with no flavor at all. Definitely not what you expect when you’re just ordering a basic coffee. Today I visited this Tim Hortons location and ordered a jalapeño bagel and a regular steeped tea. During my order, one of the staff members laughed at my pronunciation and mimicked the way I spoke in front of other employees. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Customers should feel welcome and respected regardless of their accent or pronunciation. I hope you can look into this situation and remind staff to treat customers politely.
