Great store. Friendly staff. One girl always remembers my name and order. They know I don't like sprinkles on my donut and last week they had none at all. She looked out back and got the baker to make me one without!! I say she has a pretty smile and she replies "it's fake" and we both laugh.

Went through the drive through and got an orange juice and a bagel, used my Tim’s points for the bagel. Girl at the window scanned my points, then I had to ASK for my total despite her seeing I had change (I know she saw bc she canceled transaction on the machine). I gave her more cash than my total and she didn’t return my change 🙄 she told me my total was 4.90 and so I didn’t figure 10¢ was a big deal, rechecked my app and such and she told me the wrong total, it was 4.30. So instead of 10¢ I got shorted 60¢

This Tim Hortons the one in The commons and 2 of the ones on Bedford highway tom hortons have the same owner and are the only time Hortons locations in. The HRM that don't use the to go to good app. That prevents food waste , I don't like that and don't think it's right , and would like to know why ? There are at least 40 to 50 Tim Hortons locations the post on the Ap daily , help me understand why these locations do not
