Milda's is a little hole in the wall pizza place located in the basement of the Arts Centre. It is a little hard to find, but the food is good so it is worth the effort. Cash or debit only so be prepared for that. Pizza is tasty with interesting flavors you won't see at the typical chains. I liked the 3 little pigs pizza, but they have other tasty options too. Food quality is overall pretty good but some items, like the tomato sauce, could have used more seasoning to really stand out. They have salads and a selection of baked goods, with gluten free options.

Definitely a hidden gem. Light crispy pizza crust and a good array of veg toppings on the pizza we chose and shared. Wine and beer was very reasonably priced - good selection too. Highly recommend 👌

Nov 2023 Update: It's only gotten better. While it is very out of the way, that's part of their café location's charm. The fire of the oven radiates next to the fresh baked sourdough with the buzz of staff baking away and serving customers. It's quaint and cool and charming. The food has stayed incredible. I can't believe there's a place in Fredericton to get proper honey cake! It's been since my time in Russia and China since I've seen any. Also, their apple tart gave me Ratatouille movie vibes. We had modified veggie pizzas, vegan and non-vegan cookies, and vegan chocolate cake; all amazing. Staff was extremely open to accommodating changes, and the lively, art-filled room smells so good when your pizza is coming out of the wood-fire oven. Can’t recommend more!
