Ordered three meals and a bubble waffle and i told them i will come later for the waffle to get it after meals so it will be fresh and crispy since i know that they just make many waffles and just put it there and when someone want one they just give it and they are not fresh and crispy they become soft and fluffy like a bread. I ordered takeout from this restaurant today, and as I finished the meal, I found a whole cockroach underneath the chicken. It was extremely disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Photos attached. What shocked me even more was the restaurant’s response when I called to report the issue. The staff told me: “Oh, the mall’s food court is just dirty like that.” This kind of attitude shows zero responsibility and no concern for food safety. This is a serious public health issue. Every noodle bowl coming out of the kitchen has the order slip tucked comfortably into the soup. Judging by how the staff touches cash, receipt paper, cleaning agents, rag towels, and everything else with the same pair of gloves, this place definitely needs to be inspected.
