First time @ Second Cup Café and not impressed with the coffee ☕️ Also tried an iced Americano and it tasted like a bitter iced juice… Cute café, there is a drive thru, outdoor patio, and breakfast sandwiches 🥪 Clean 🧼 Free parking 🅿️

Great coffee but for two days in a row I was late to work with the wrong order. The girls there were always amazing but I think they're on vacation. Two days in a row, way too slow and today I got the wrong order. I don't usually dock a star but in the past I should have praised their service. It sucks people only review negative things but there it is.

I went in to try the new Iced Matcha with Strawberry Rose Cold Foam. I was then given a clumpy matcha, I asked if this was normal and their response was “when the powder and hot water mix it becomes like that.” I asked if I had to mix it more, they said you can try but it’s been iced already. They kept looking at me like this was a normal occurrence, I mixed it but ultimately decided to leave as I had other things to do. From my understanding, they didn’t mix it properly before putting the ice in. I’ve attached photos of the matcha. I didn’t take a picture when it was all clumpy at the bottom,
