If you ask for your food to be “fresh” make sure that you check your order before leaving the store. Half of the time they will make you wait and still give you the old batch. I’m surprise this location’s head office lacks the ability to address the issue I have called in/brought up via email. I requested the till for a fresh order. She had Informed me that it would be a 10 mins wait. I know “fresh” orders always take awhile so I did not mind waiting. My mistake was not checking the order before leaving as I would trust they made it fresh base in my request. Got back to the office and couldn

This used to be my favourite A&W location. It feels like they have gone down in customer service and tables are not clean. I’m also disappointed that they are doing cost cutting on the food. You used to get a full slice of mozzarella cheese in the Mozza burger, now you just get some sprinkles.

Cleanliness 10/10 Customer service 100000/10 Food 10/10 what you expect for fast food but still great. This is by far the best A&W I have been to! We were greeted when we walked in. The food was brought to our table. The staff were all friendly and the location kept very clean! The food was good (the onion rings are supposed to be flakey that’s how they are designed and they are delicious!!!) A staff member cleared our tray for us, and offered my partner a coffee refill! Sam made my experience at AW at 7 AM truly special. His kind tone and sincerity made my morning. His helpful nature was much appreciated. He came by to ask how my food was and if I had any concerns. That never happens in a fast food restaurant.
