Went through the drive-thru today at Smythe. Paid $6.99 + tax for a sandwich and this was the lettuce I was given. One piece was covered in black sections and the other piece was soft and rubbery feeling (indicating it was rotten). Doesn’t seem like Tim Hortons has standards for their food quality. Considering how much money we as the consumer pay, we shouldn’t be given rotten food, especially when it’s stuff like this that can make someone severely ill.

We came at Tim at night yesterday the both the staff was very polite and humble. Even I Ordered a wrong coffee they changed it without any hesitation and problem . The guy taking order was too kind even they were tired. It’s one of the best tim I visited. Thanks

I don't live in Canada, so it is not very often that I get a chance to visit a Tim Hortons. This was my first time in one of their stores in about four years. I was very impressed by how much they have upgraded their menu since that time. There were a lot of people from the RCMP Musical Ride coming over for coffee and sweets. The staff handled a rather large crowd quickly. Everything was delicious, hot, and quick.

I spent 3 dollars on extra bacon and they gave me a total of 2 pieces all together. Wasted money and wasted time, do not go to this Tim Hortons. When I brought this to their attention the girl making the food laughed. Do not go here they are unprofessional and scams people for money. It took 20 of waiting in the store to get my order after I pre ordered it 10 minutes before hand. So a total of 30 minutes for my order. Go to the one on Main Street gave me at least 8 pieces of bacon when I paid for extra, plus they are friendly and respectful of your time.
