I’ve been to Grimross a couple of times on trips to Fredericton, both on Tuesday nights. Great place to stop in for a beer and listen to music on open mic night. The bohemian lager and pale ale were highlights.

The staff running the front desk was nice but really didn't give us any Insight into how the beers would taste or even their personal favourite, which I wish I was warned as we got 2 flights and out of 8 beers I only liked two and this is the first time since I've started drinking beer was there a beer (the Duke) I didn't finish out of how bad it tasted. The establishment was clean though!

It's a great spot to grab a beer (or two) and relax with friends. The place is pretty big and they have live music and trivia nights. The choice of beer is good and you can buy cans to go if you like. There's not much to do uptown unfortunately so it's great to have a place like this! The staff was friendly and everything looked clean.
