My kids were complaining their nuggets were all soft. I bite into one and they’re raw…. Disgusting and I hope we don’t get sick from raw chicken. This location has gone downhill with the new ownership.

I went to the drive thru on 01/07/26 between 9:20-9:30am and was trying to make an order but i couldn’t understand the workers broken English and when i kindly asked her to repeat what she was saying and trying to explain to me, she started yelling at me in a very rude and verbally irate tone of voice…. I then pulled out and went over to the Tim Hortons across the parking lot next to Burger King instead, and you should too if you don’t want to pay for horrible service and verbal abuse…Needless to say i will never go back to this location! (I believe all the negative reviews)

i personally really like their food, but the way they serve it — it’s just disgusting. i mean, i ordered some burger, and when i picked it up, all ingredients were basically mixed into a freaking salad. i know that i am not the only customer you had that day, but can you at least try to treat every customer the way other fast food places treat them.

I gave this place another chance after already having a bad experience, and it was a mistake. I ordered a double filet, but they only put one filet. I also clearly asked for habanero sauce instead of tartar, and they put no sauce at all. This is especially frustrating because I already left a review about poor service before. At this point, it feels like they just don’t care about customer orders or basic accuracy. If you’re paying for a double filet, you should actually get what you ordered. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
