This was one of the worst fastfood experiences I’ve had. My hash browns were handed to me loose in a wrapper instead of properly bagged that’s basic hygiene and food-handling, and it was completely ignored. It felt careless, rushed and frankly unsanitary. When a business serves food to the public, cleanliness and standards are non-negotiable. If this is what’s happening at the front counter, it raises serious concerns about what’s happening behind the scenes. absolutely disgusting breakfast sandwich. It is burnt to a crisp. I took it back there. The manager laughed as I told her. I wanted my money back. How rude. How did they expect me to eat that I’d send to the cook you eat it I want to see you eat it. She wouldn’t eat a big surprise. But they expect me to.

Its been a while since I have been here but I recall their service was always good. I ordered a dozen donuts to treat my coworkers but what I received was a box of stale, unpopular donuts, obviously these donuts were what is rarely sold (3 old fashioned, 3 honey cruller) ... that is not an assortment. My bad for not checking the box before leaving the drive through.

Horrible experience. Drive thru person doesn't ask for Tim's card,shoves machine in my face amd then gives me attitude when I tell her she should ask me for the card. Find people that value and appreciate a job in this hard to find one world. Her name is Aman date may 28 at Fraser hwy& hwy 10.
