The ridiculously awful experience my family and I had at your cafe. We were a big group—eight of us, including mostly kids—and we just wanted a couple of teas. We already ate, so we were full, but as soon as we tried to order, the employee that was serving us, informed us that every single person had to buy something just to sit down! The place was practically dead, with only one other table occupied. Talk about making customers feel unwelcome! We asked for two teas with milk and one plain tea. The server brought one with milk and two plain. He clearly wasn't listening because he was too obsessed with us not buying enough. When we asked where the milk for the second tea was, they demanded an extra EGP 23! Charging for a small amount of milk in the tea separately is crazy, and it felt like a desperate attempt to overcharge us. The bill was EGP 238 with some changes, and we paid EGP 250. You'd think they'd return the small change, right? Nope! They just kept it. When I asked for it,

Pricey, Incredibly loud music you can't hear what yourself speak! Gets extremely hot, Upper floor is too hot and lacks ventilation as well. Whenever you ask them to lower the temperature or music, they either ignore you or make the change for just 10 minutes before returning things to how they were. Not recommended for studying. Not suitable AT ALL for sensitive individuals or those who are easily overstimulated.

WeeWaa is a great place for all categories, family, couples & friends as well. Play station rooms are very nice. High quality Service. Stuff is very friendly. You just feel at home. I love this place 2 much.

Great place... Just the customer service need a little tone up ... The food was late and when it did came I had to ask the waiter more than once to bring the forks and knife and then for the spare plates ... It's a really good place for hanging around playing PS , VR and watching TV in your privat room. But food wise 2 stars.

They deserve the fifth if the service were fast enough and the preparation was good enough, else that we had a very decent experience with no interruptions or any disturbing chattering from the people sitting around us and that's because of the good space between tables.
