I went there for a beer, so didn't expect much as I was by myself too, however it blew me away, the warm lights, setup and decorations too, and the incredible customer service and polite waiters. It's also a restaurant so that's a huge part why, but totally wasn't expecting that fine dining vibe from a small bar near el raml station. Totally recommend, also they offer nice sides with the beer, chips and peanuts! p.s the beer was only 145 egp so not expensive at all (I don't know if prices differ foe foreigners tho)

I visited Elite in Raml Station expecting high quality, especially since it’s considered a well-known place. Seafood soup was fine, but the mixed grill was terrible. They had to take back the kofta because it was raw and replaced it with chicken – which was also partly raw. In the end, they just said “we’ll make it up next time.”Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be going back. Quite disappointed.

The place is really warm. Soft music is playing in the background not too high to disturb you and yet not too law of a volume. Just the right level to keep you entertained and also be able to ignore it when you want. Yoy can go alone and work or in a group to talk. The best thing is the fact that you do not have to yell so you can be able to hear your friends talk. The prices are convenient with the place. The service was really great.

The place has nice seating, but I didn't get to eat there as the place was reeking with cigarette smoke. When we asked to be seated in a none smoking section, they told us there wasn't any!!!!!! Apparently while the whole world is moving forward with banning smoking in closed spaces, elite decided that the best way to go is the exact opposite!!!! Really poor management decisions, and reflects poor culture mentality to unsuspecting foreign tourists.
