spykli2a★Incomplete delivery via Uber Eats several times. At first, I called the establishment to tell them to be more careful with their deliveries. Today, I received an incomplete order, and the delivery driver told me, "They told me to tell you to file a complaint." What professionalism! Instead of calling the customer and informing them that their order wouldn't be fulfilled, or at least offering to change the order, they could have done so. Well done! You've just lost a customer who will undoubtedly give this establishment some great publicity.
