Thank you for a wonderful dinner at your cafe! I'm so glad I stopped by this wonderful place! The cashier was very polite and helped me choose a steak. Even though I don't know French, I was served 100% well. Chicago Factory is near the Bercy Seine station, which isn't a very safe area, but I was able to enjoy my dinner in a cozy cafe, and at very good prices, too. I waited 15 minutes for my order, which is normal for a steak; it was very tasty, and I ordered green beans with it. The portion was huge! The whole thing cost me 16 euros. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The food was delicious, full of flavor and nicely portioned. The service was very friendly and quick, which is always a plus. The atmosphere was also cozy and pleasant. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Totally recommended if you're in Paris!

Do not go if you don’t speak French!!!! I was very disappointed with the gentleman working on 14/05/2025 at around 12:20am. I usually order from the self-service machines, especially when the queues are long. I tried to place my order there, but there was no English language option available. Even so, I managed to navigate the menu and select what I wanted. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the drinks because the menu switched too quickly. Unfortunately there was fruit flies in the sauce.. So we were afraid to eat our fries. No burgers for vegetarians. But the music is good.
