And can see that he will be a star in time to come. Better to get a reservation. Saw a few people turned away as his restaurant cant accommodate too many people !

The vibe was very casual, friendly, and down to earth. We tried the langue de bœuf (beef tounge), veal, and mushroom risotto - everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We will most certainly go back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Blois!
