Well. First of all it was a menu with a Miso soup followed by a Sushi plate. All in all €14. Of you are short on a budget, it’s ok’ish. But honestly the salmon was of such a minor quality it just tasted fat. Even the sushi from Lidl has more taste. People, take your money (if you can afford or want to spend it) and go elsewhere. I’m currently checking for an alternative. The only enlightening thing was the service. The lady was friendly and nice with this non-French speaker. 😉

staff were lovely and accommodating, however many factors contributed to us leaving halfway through the meal. - we were near the door, which is not closing properly, unless it is SLAMMED. we had to get up or ask people to close every 5 seconds. - the starters were half frozen, gyoza all compressed together as if they had been just taken out of the freezer. - the wakame was rubbery and tasted horrible - the ramen was watery, with big drops of oil and no flavour, aside from the fat bits of meat floating around. the noodles were completely decomposed and overcooked We may have had more patie

I'm defaulting to four stars. If I could, I'd give the place three and a half stars. The champon ramen I had was okay. The bowl was large, but the flavors weren't overly strong. My wife enjoyed here kimchi inspired ramen and our friend had a sushi meal which was huge. I'll probably try that the next time around. I'm not sure if the server was having a bad day, but she was a little curt, more so than most folks in Brest. We'll be back to try the other items on the menu.
