Came here with our friends. As a fan of Italian cuisine I was really hyped to try it in France. It did not disappoint. We had Tagliatelle Trattoria which meant pasta prepared in parmigiano wheel, with tartufo. I wanted to try since forever. The chef personally came to our table to make it, while explaining all about the mushroom, cheese and the dish it self in a very friendly but professional manner. It was a whole experience. Loved it. Definitely coming back upon visiting Caen again.

Make sure to make a reservation, this restaurant is small and fully booked. Food is great and the shop owner is very social when preparing the pasta from the flaming cheese. Very lovely atmosphere and the food was great!

Excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Caen's charming tourist area. But it's far better than a tourist restaurant. very nice ambiance, and a very happy local crowd.
