Nice restaurant in Caen. Basque country themed. Food is good and there are many options to choose from. We had ris de veau, sardines, escargot and calamaries. Overall good service. Very attentive. Price is a bit on the higher side wrt food flavors. I would rate it a 4.5 overall.

This is simply a great place to have a great meal! Booked a table for our group, we had a very warm welcome and our dedicated waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was really tasty, the cod to share was awesome as was the rib roast to share! Other dishes very good too. The basque wine was very nice and reasonably priced. Only 1 thing stopping me from giving 5 stars, the fresh fruit salad wasn’t great. Others chose the ice cream and the cakes looked very nice. Will return next time I’m in Caen. Update: returned 3 weeks later and was excellent 👌 fish and beef awesome, deserts lovely

Amazing food. Calamari was so weep cooked and fresh, it complemented the aoili perfectly. The beef, medium rare, served with fresh roasted garlic was amazing. I cannot recommend enough.
