What an absolute gem, every detail is so carefully thought of, and the food is all sourced locally. We had a delicious slow cooked lamb for our main which was so tender and full of flavour with potatoes, courgettes and broccoli and an incredible bottle of local wine which we had to return today to buy another bottle as it was simply divine. And for dessert I had a strawberry tart, such flavour! Pastry was perfect, delicious creme patisserie, almonds strawberry confiture topped with an almond milk based strawberry ice cream with a hint of raspberry.. The food and vine are amazing, and the owners are very kind and passionate. We were 1 hour late due to the traffic, and it's almost to their closing time, but Simon and Audrey welcomed us with patience, smile and tasty food. We had a very good meal and night, thank you a lot!
