Absolutely fantastic. The staff is discreet but there when you need them. The dishes are flavorful and generous; just look at the photos, they're simply mouthwatering. And the value for money is unbeatable. A truly great brunch. The breakfast + main course menu is €23, including two drinks (one hot) and orange juice, then pancakes or waffles with a generous amount of sauce 🤤🥞. My main course was the chicken waffle 🧇, a delight. Special mention for the Savoyard roll; the aroma is simply wow, you just want to try it.

I tried this brunch in Pau on a Sunday and was honestly a very pleasant surprise. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic; you can tell everything is made with care. It's the perfect place to relax with friends or family. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The brunch menu was offered at €25.90, but we preferred to order à la carte as we knew we'd be full. And indeed, the service was quick; you can order via the QR code or with a hostess. They're generous with their portions; I had the pancake egg bacon, and I've never had so much bacon! 😍 The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious!!
