I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time because this place used to be one of my favorites. The food and service had always been consistently good, and I truly enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. While my partner and I were waiting in line to order, I went to find a seat. A waitress approached me and said I couldn’t choose a table yet because people still waiting in the queue might take it. I found that policy quite unusual and inconvenient — if someone wanted the seat, they could have simply taken it once they ordered, without staff intervening. To add

I’ve spent years coming here for their spicy dirty chai. It’s the best in Grenoble (I know—I tried all the others). They also have an excellent selection of teas and coffees, always with a warm smile. Their pastries are also extremely tasty: I highly recommend the lemon muffin or their cookies.

Decent coffee, nothing special. Super overpriced for what it is. Just coffee, supermarket milk foamed, cream and a drizzle of Nutella or other chocolate. It’s good for an experience but not to go often.

I enjoyed a double espresso and a lemon muffin which was delicious! I would prefer my coffee in a cup and not a glass but I think that's the shop's special serving, so it didn't actually bother me! Reasonable price and relaxing atmosphere! Great for quick meet ups with friends since it is centrally located
