Each of those were outsandingly delicious and the servings were generous (250g each). The meat was cut right in front of us by a trained professional and served with a salad, a delicious ratatouille and some of the best fries we had in France yet. We also shared a fondant au chocolat that was good, but not great. If you are looking for a delicious meat feast in the heart of Lille, you should definitely try Le Fossile.
