Having travelled all day and finally arrived at our hotel, we walked in the cold night looking for a place to eat. We came upon this little gem of a restaurant. I was feeling cold from our walk and asked for a small bowl of miso soup or something to warm me up because I couldn’t eat ramen due to gluten allergy. The small miso soup wasn’t on the menu, so our kind waitress asked the chef who said yes and brought it out for me himself. I rarely ask for things like th
