I visited with my boyfriend during our first evening in Nîmes and we fell in love with the place! We ended up eating there every single night. The service is amazing, waiters are super nice and friendly, always with a fun joke (we both speak French so that was our experience). The food is really tasty and portions are big. I recommend Cesar salad, burgers, chips and fish! I don’t recommend this baked specialty of the region with a fish, was a bit bizarre. But the rest? Amazing! Definitely worth visiting.

Was treated rather poorly here. The owner went on a tirade in French to one of his staff about me speaking English, and he assumed I couldn't understand. I never asked anyone here to speak to me in English. I only apologized for my poor French. Everyone in the restaurant got quiet and stared. It was really uncomfortable. The food was just okay. I ordered the set menu, with leeks vinaigrette, duck and fries with salad, and mousse. The leeks and fries were okay. The duck was unexpectedly tough, and I barely started eating the duck when he came and tried to clear the table. The mousse was a darke
