And the chef instead of apologizing, says it’s normal. Also for any non-white audience, the chef is absolute raciest. When I complained about the sandy dish, he says “this is Europe”.

It is by far the best truffle ravioli I’ve ever had in my life. It is served very quickly and priced reasonably. It is definitely a must visit if you are in Paris.
