I had heard a fair bit about this places croissants so decided to try them. There are some very nice outdoor places to sit even in the rain and people watch. The coffee was actually very nice, but the croissant wasn’t very flaky and buttery. With the inside having a texture and taste similar to a supermarket (though still better). Overall not a bad place though and some of their other pastries still look good.

The pastries at this bakery are truly outstanding. You must pay 50c extra for alternative dairy-free milks. There is almost no seating, both inside or outside. Prepare to take away unless you are happy to sit on a bench with no table, directly facing the till. Sesame pain au chocolat -> a fluffy, crisp, and golden brown pain au chocolat with a sort of sesame frangipane baked on top. There is also a layer of sesame paste in the middle with the chocolate!! Love their baked goods! I’ve tried their plain and their chocolate sesame croissants and both are stellar. The ambiance of the bakery is delightfully cozy, and the ladies working there were very friendly. I’m hoping to make one or two more trips back to try their other baked goods during my trip.

This is a true gem, within the 3. arrondissement in Paris, kinda hidden a little bit, because it is not located right on any of the traffic heavy commuter streets but it is definitely worth "searching" for, because here they make top 3 class croissants you'll find in Paris - that says a lot!! The bread here is in general really top notch quality, but the croissants are the real reason we came back here every single morning during our vacation stay in Paris, even though we had to walk quite a while - it was WORTH it so go try it out - I promise you won't be disappointed 😉 !!
