Beautiful little matcha and coffee cafe. Despite the reviews, I actually had an amazing experience with the staff! Smiley, pleasant, and very welcoming. The store gets busy so fast but the line is so worth it and drinks get made very quick. The matcha color was absolutely ethereal, so green and such a deep flavour. Will be back next time I’m in Paris!

Went to Nuance café, got the matcha strawberry (7 euros) . The matcha is fine, not the best i ever had, but also not bad, so fine is the word. Staff is sweet al thought they are always in a hurry, atmosphère cool, the problem is the sitting. Designed with few seats, it’s a place to buy your drink and have it else where. Café Nuance has a beautiful interior and an excellent rose matcha latte, which is truly the highlight of the menu and the main reason I return. The aesthetic of the space is also thoughtfully designed and very appealing. That said, there is a noticeable lack of consistency: sometimes the rose matcha is served with rose petals on top, and other times it is not, despite ordering the same drink.
