Pretty ok everyday brassiere. Service is fast and efficient. Atmosphere is actually lovely if you sit at the veranda but people smoke there. Been back here twice and the food didn’t disappoint. (except the foie gras) Let’s talk about the foie gras, a good one should be rich, creamy, melts in your mouth and bursting with flavour. The one I had here was anything but that. It was dry, flaky and hard. I definitely won’t order it again. On to every other dish that did well. No complains overall, the beef stew was as you expect, soft, tender, fall of the bone meat. I think we caught the waiter/manager on a bad day (short hair and glasses), he was very curt and borderline rude. It was a very hot and busy day and we ordered in bad French, so it was probably frustrating for him, but we were so shocked that we decided not to stay for food. We live in Paris so it takes a bit to surprise us. We went into town to Café Blanchet instead which was a much better experience.
