We strongly discourage people—especially tourists—from visiting this coffee shop. At first glance, the place looks interesting from the outside, but that’s where the good impression ends. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a very uncomfortable situation: an older customer was trying to discuss her bill with the waiter (who seemed to be the manager based on his behavior), and he was dismissive toward her while simultaneously rushing us to order. He didn’t greet us, didn’t respond when we said hello, and immediately asked what we wanted. This came across as extremely rude—not only to us,

So happy we stopped in here. It's located right across the street from the cathedral entrance. We thought it would be outrageously expensive, but it was more than fairly priced in my opinion. For lunch my wife had some tomato soup and I had a rösti with bacon and eggs, which was tasty and very filling. My wife said the soup was great. For dessert my wife had the apple strudel with a vanilla cream sauce. I had a bite and it was amazing. It was served warm and really hit the spot. My actual order was for the plum cake. We’re early people, so it was nice to find a place open before 9:30AM and when we said we were from Australia, they were so helpful at telling us which things to try that were local! There’s an upstairs area for more sitting and a view of the street. Worth stopping by!

A good option especially for having a sandwich as a quick meal or a special breakfast in the morning. The distance to the Dom is very short and the staff are welcoming and kind. The variety of sweets and cakes were charming. There are some places upstairs to create a cozy place for customers. The quality of the sandwich was good and costed 4.9€ if you wanna take away.
