Really amazing place for lunch, would come back everyday to eat here🥹💕 We had the ramen (shout out to this one in particular) and korma pita. Every bite of the food was extremely flavourful, presentation was really well thought through. It was a pleasure to eat here!! Definitely no.1 vegan place to eat in Toulouse!! And if you want to do some vegan shopping, the place has a rea good selection of vegan ingredients you can’t find in a grocery store<3

Best vegan venue out there in Toulouse! Everything is plant based, little shop in the cafe adds some groceries for your vegan treats arsenal. We got Savoury Pancakes and Sweet ones. Both are great, but! Savoury pancakes is something strongly recommended. Scrambled tofu is perfect and crispy no-bacon adds some great flavour. Can’t wait to come back to Brule! Thanks to the team for making this amazing work.
