Nice friendly pub across the street from the train station. Very good selection of beers, although a few more local microbrews would have been welcome. They have over a dozen taps, and a good 30 in bottles, with a width of styles. I had an Orval because it's my favorite and a local-ish IPA that was fine. My server was a little swamped but kept his cool and was friendly. I wasn't in much of a hurry, sitting outside and people watching. Not a whole lot of good beer bars in town, but I enjoyed it here and will come back next time I'm in Valence.

Great beers on tap! The nachos plate is surprisingly good and rich. They gave out plenty of napkins knowing that you are sure to get your fingers dirty with all the sauce on the nachos. My biggest complaint is the smoke coming in from the terrace. We were inside right next to it and were unlucky to have a table of big smokers adjacent. ALL their smoke came on us due to the pressure difference.
