Theo the owner accommodated my wish of a Schweinshaxe even though it was a Tuesday when they don't serve them. We emailed a day ahead of time. The ambiance was amazing and the food was excellent! Theo then gave us a tour of their basement that they open only on weekends. Would definitely go back!

Good German restaurant, but I have to admit nothing special about it. Typical German cuisine. Nice place for some bigger gatherings. What I don't find good about this and other German restaurants, especially ones with "beer" in the name of the restaurant is such a small variety of beers. It is almost always just one, maximum 2 brands. This must be improved in today's market.

A fantastic spot for hearty, traditional German cuisine! The veal liver was tender and full of flavor, perfectly sautéed with onions and served with a rich gravy that brought everything together. The käsespätzle was pure comfort—soft, cheesy, and topped with crispy fried onions that added just the right crunch. Authentic, satisfying, and made with care—this was German soul food at its best. I’ll definitely be back for more.
