Open kitchen where you can clearly see food preparation with your eyes and be reassured about their hygienic standards. Short waiting time. Practical take away tray, well packaged, to avoid liquid spills during transport. Abundant portions of foods at the right price. Food was tasty and well cooked. Steamed rice was fluffy with well separated grains, not the usual sticky mass that you normally get with many takeaways.
