As an Asian girl and a food addict who’s been living in Paris for two years now, I have high standards when it comes to Asian dishes, especially ramen, and this spot in Bayreuth completely blew me away. Honestly, it’s the best ramen I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Chashu Ramen and the Original Don Katsu. The ramen broth was rich, flavorful and balanced, not too salty, just incredibly comforting. But the real star for me was the noodles. They’re homemade and have that perfect bouncy texture, fresh and super satisfying with every bite. The Don Katsu was also excellent, crispy yet tender
