This of course was before the lockdown. The restaurant cooks almost like Italian home cooking. If you talk to them, they will cook for you just like in Italy. Very friendly people and good basic food. No fancy frills and very cozy.

I was there again today, May 27, 2025, and as expected, it was fantastic. I actually go to this best-run pizzeria every time I'm in Hamburg for work because the food is simply unbeatable. I was there again on October 23, 2024, and it was amazing once more. It's a very small restaurant, but the owners are incredibly friendly. There's no menu; instead, you discuss what you'd like to eat. And I can say it was absolutely incredible—a real insider tip for anyone who wants fresh and delicious food.
