Typical German brewery restaurant. The beer is great, the prices are okay. It was a bit loud and the air was not the best. The service was great and fast, they were able to offer our group of 8 a table on short notice and opened the windows to let in a bit of fresh air. The food was okay, two companions were not satisfied with their "Haxe", the rest of us liked their meals. Overall a good option for a beer in Darmstadt.

We visited this restaurant some days back. It was pretty crowded even on a weekday so it's better to book a table before your visit. Table can be booked online on their website. The beer was great and food was delicious. I must make a special mention of the extremely quick service that they offered. The food and drinks were served with almost no waiting time. The staff was also nice and friendly. Prices are similar to other restaurants in Darmstadt. they have a few vegetarian options on the menu.
