A big thank you! On Sunday I went there to do some shopping for my elderly grandparents. They're both 99. They really like the Berliners (doughnuts) and the milk rolls. Unfortunately, they don't have Berliners on Sundays, the very friendly and articulate young lady told me. Excellent advice. I also had a coffee, and she even left my cake on the tray in the cooler because it was so hot. The cake was fantastic, and the saleswomen were very nice. No wonder my grandparents have been shopping there for well over half their lives!

Unfortunately, the service is very dependent on the individual employee. Some colleagues are incredibly efficient, friendly, and enjoy their work. However, there are also those who are the complete opposite. This is the second time I've left the branch empty-handed because I was simply ignored. A thousand other things are apparently more important than paying customers. These are also the same colleagues who only have a limited selection of sandwiches available in the mornings. Waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich after asking for one isn't always possible for me. It's a real shame, because I fo
