My favourite pub in the city centre, right next to AltMarkt. Great selection of biers and schnapps. Outdoor seating and football shown. Popular with BVB09 fans and can be very busy on match days. Great atmosphere with friendly staff who speak English.

A real local place where not a lot of tourists come, was there on Sunday when Borusia was playing so it was full of locals the pub itself is small around 30 people would fit inside, they have tables outside,but the weather was not that great for them. Beer prices are better than in places nearby 0,4L of beer was 3,6€-4€, if you are planning to visit this place eat elsewhere first as it only has snacks to beer like: Nuts,pretzels,sausages. Could not taste the last one but pretzels where 1,50€ and came in a jar and peanuts 1€ where vacume sealed.

Hey Sabine and folks. We spent a week in Dortmund and your bar was a friendly little place for us to settle into each night. The beer and service were great. But the most amazing thing was how even though we were just tourists, you made sure we were treated well. You knew our drinks and knew our spot.
