The team in the store is really nice and attentive. However, when I placed an order or the app (which is suggested), they messed up my order and had things on the online store that weren't available on the physical store. I would say that there is a need for more training in regards to app orders, so that they are managed properly.

I would give zero star but unfortunately I can’t. We try to order iced matcha and they said no ice. So my boyfriend order hot one, well I don’t drink hot. I sit right in front of brista. I saw they have ice. So I go ask ice. They said no and they will have it in 20minites. Right after I asked, there are two cups of iced coffee they made, after that, again. So I am also a customer and I paid too. What’s wrong with lying to a customer? What is a point? I am very disappointed and I would give minus star if I could. Terrible .

Been there a couple of times and the baristas have always been nice and attentive. I personally am a huge fan of the carrot cake. And then, everything is just like Starbucks, the prices are not for every pocket or for daily consumption. Great location in the Altmarkt square in Dresden btw. Even if they do not have outside seating now due to Corona, there are several places in the square where you can anyway sit and enjoy your drink.
