The kind of experience when you realize service is equally important as the quality of food. Had an awful service in my last visit. We have been seated on a table and the staffs asked us to move to other table for accommodating other customers. We settled on another table, then came another staff and asked us to shift again to another table, which is ridiculous. It spoiled the entire mood. To make it worse, we had to wait almost 40min for the food to arrive. Gladly the food was tasty, so was the freshly made ayran. The guy who served wasn’t even professional. We had to request twice for napkin

We waited for more than an hour just to get two shawarmas. While the taste was good, it was definitely not worth the wait. Many customers were visibly upset because of the long delays. When one customer tried to speak to the cashier about the issue, the cashier was extremely rude and told him to leave the restaurant. Overall, the service was very disappointing and ruined the experience
